Kink Affirmative Practice Measures: By attending kink affirmative workshops for therapists and also attending kink 101 workshops that teach us about various kinks. The better informed I am about kinks, the better I can understand what my clients bring into the session. I believe that if I have a personal experience as well, then it is even better.
We also get our work supervised by competent kink affirmative therapists and kink affirmative peer groups. In Bangalore we have a peer group of kink affirmative therapists who had attended the 3 day workshop by KC.
