Kink Affirmative Practice Measures: When I introduce myself to my clients, I make sure to mention my pronouns to communicate to my client the idea of safe space and how I would respect how they wish to be addressed. I also work hard on the principles of Rogerian therapy of providing my client with unconditional positive regard, empathy and acceptance. To ensure that I abide by these I also undertake supervision and have regular mental check-in to be aware of my biases nit coming in the way of my therapeutic practice.
