6. Locating cause of difficulties in external structures/stressors, especially where one has harboured shame or guilt about certain feelings or choices one has made or would like to make,
7. Being queer myself, I have found that using self discretion in disclosing my queer identity have sometimes helped one feel safe and/or affirmed about themselves and their choices, etc.
